Yoga Classes for Beginners or Practicing Yogis

Days: Monday
Time: 6:15 am to 7:15 am
Location: Weston Creek Community Centre, Cooleman Court, Parkinson St, Weston – Main Hall - Canberra ACT. Entry to the hall is from the car park on the Commonwealth Bank side.
Duration of Class: Approximately 1 hour.
Cost: $10 a class
Cash Only or Electronic Transfer of Funds on agreement.

  • What to Wear: Dress for comfort! Clothing that you can bend in, such as: shorts or tracksuit pants, t-shirt or singlet and a warm top and socks for the relaxation exercise.
  • What to Bring: A water bottle, a hand towel and mat if you have one. Mats will be provided if you just want to come and see if this is a form of exercise that you would be interested in doing.
  • Injuries: If you have or are suffering from a serious injury, you will need to obtain a clearance from a registered Australian general practitioner. Please refer to the registration form which can be obtained from the website.
  • Pregnant Women: These classes are not suitable for pregnant women
